Assisted Living Suite Descriptions and Costs

All suites are suitable for people who use wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Assisted Living Services to be provided to residents in these suites:

• 3 Meals per day will be served in the Dining Room.
• Weekly housekeeping service.
• Weekly linen and towel laundry/change service.
• Personal emergency call system.
• In-suite Washer and Dryer for personal laundry.
• Heat, power and water.
• Shaw Full Cable Service is included.
• (Phone costs are not included.)

SAFETY AND SECURITY FEATURES:

• Sprinkler system throughout the building and in each suite.
• Smoke detectors in each suite.
• Fire alarm system is monitored 24 hours per day.
• Controlled-access entries with "key fob" entry system and video monitoring.
• Personal emergency response pendant; system has special features to assist the responders when they are called.
